REMOVE → RINSE → RESTORE
01 RE:SET: Apply 2–3 pumps to dry skin. Gently massage for 60–90 seconds. Emulsify with water and rinse.
02 RE:FRESH: Apply to damp skin, gently cleanse and rinse thoroughly.
03 RE:CALM: Apply to clean skin to replenish hydration and support barrier comfort.

Precautions

How do I start?
Night: RESET → RE:FRESH → RE:CALM. Massage RESET onto dry skin for 1–4 minutes, focusing on congested areas, then emulsify with water and rinse. Wash with RE:FRESH, then apply RE:CALM to slightly damp skin.
Morning: RE:FRESH → RE:CALM.
Avoid massaging over active acne.
Do I need all 3 products or can I start with just RESET?
You may use RESET alone and see some results. However, the system is designed for synergy: RESET evacuates, RE:FRESH clears debris without over-stripping, and RE:CALM seals the freshly-opened barrier. Using all three significantly accelerates results and prevents recontamination of freshly-cleared pores.
How long does the kit last?
RE:FRESH (50g) lasts approximately 3 months with daily AM/PM use. RE:CALM (50g) lasts approximately 2 months. RESET (30ml) lasts about 2 months when used 3–4 times a week as directed.
Most users find RE:FRESH runs out last, so you'll have RESET and RE:CALM to replenish first.
What skin types is this system for?
The system is formulated for all skin types, with particular focus on oily, combination, acne-prone and congested skin. It is also suitable for sensitive skin and reactive barriers, and is pregnancy-safe.
The biomimetic formulation works with your skin's biology regardless of type — not against it.
What if my skin feels irritated?
Purging shows up as small breakouts in already-congested areas. Irritation is different: burning, stinging that doesn't settle, redness, itching or swelling.

Delivery and returns
Dispatch: Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of payment. Weekend and holiday orders go out the next business day.
Delivery in India: Standard 3–5 business days, or Express 1–2 business days where available, after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS once the courier picks up your order.
Returns: Unopened, unused products with the seal intact can be returned within 2 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
Damaged or incorrect order: Email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and a short video (an unboxing video is best), and we'll send a free replacement.
