Product information and use

• Our products are cosmetic skincare products for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Always use our products as directed on the pack and on our website.
• Everyone’s skin is different. Before first use, we recommend a patch test: apply a small amount to a small area of skin and check for any reaction.
• If you notice redness, irritation or any other reaction, stop use and consult a dermatologist or doctor. If a reaction persists or worsens, or if skin is broken or infected, seek medical advice.
• Keep products out of reach of children and avoid contact with the eyes.
• Information on this website is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Orders and payments

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and digital wallets through secure third-party payment gateways.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices and offers may change without prior notice. Discounts and promotions are valid only for their stated periods and cannot be combined unless stated.
• We may cancel or refuse an order in case of a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud. If this happens after payment, you will receive a full refund.
• If your payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed, the amount will usually be returned to your account within 7–10 business days.

Shipping and delivery

• We ship across India. Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email or SMS.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions, are not our responsibility, but we will help you track your order.

Returns, refunds and replacements

Because our products go on your skin, we do not accept returns of opened or used products, for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Unopened and unused products, with their original seal and packaging intact, can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
• If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or tampered with, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photograph and a short unboxing video, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• If you sign up for our newsletter or offers, you agree to receive emails and SMS updates from 24 Skin Bank.
• You can opt out at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link in any email, or by writing to us.

Limitation of liability

• Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If it cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
