Shipping Damage Policy

At 24 Skin Bank, we take the utmost care in packaging and dispatching your products. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or compromised during transit, we’re here to help.

If you receive a damaged product:
1. Report within 24 hours: Please WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Include the following details:
• Your order ID
• Clear photos or video of the damaged product, outer packaging, and shipping label
• A brief description of the issue
3. Replacement or refund: Once we verify the extent of damage, we will initiate either a free replacement or a full refund as per your preference.

Please Note:
• Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
