Shipping policy

From our hands to your doorstep, carefully. Here is how your order reaches you.

This policy explains how 24 Skin Bank (“24 Skin Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes and delivers your orders. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms.

Processing and dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Every order is checked and securely sealed before it leaves us.

Delivery timelines

We ship across India. Delivery times depend on your location:

Standard delivery
3–5 business days
after dispatch
Express delivery
1–2 business days
after dispatch, where available

As soon as the courier picks up your order, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address or mobile number.

Your address and receiving your order

  • Please give a complete and accurate shipping address, including house or flat number, street, landmark and PIN code, along with a reachable phone number. We cannot redirect a package once it is in transit.
  • If a package comes back to us after repeated failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply to send it out again.
  • We recommend that someone is available to receive the package in person.

Delayed or missing shipments

  • Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, courier disruptions or other events beyond our control, but we will help you track your order.
  • If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please email us at contact24skinbank@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can raise a trace with the courier.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Tip: Please record a video while opening your package. It is the quickest way for us to help if something is wrong.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photographs of the product and packaging. Refunds and replacements are handled as set out in our Refund and Replacement Policy and Terms of Service.
