If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Compromised

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via Email.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos or a short video of:

    • The damaged product

    • Outer packaging

    • Shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

Once received, our team will verify the claim and initiate an appropriate resolution, which may include a free replacement depending on the extent and nature of the damage.

Important Notes

  • Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, storage issues, or usage after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

  • In cases of partial damage or leakage, resolution will be determined based on verification findings.

  • For concerns regarding missing items or split shipments, please note that some orders may be dispatched separately. Our team will always confirm dispatch details before proceeding with a resolution.

Preorder & Small-Batch Dispatches

Some of our products are produced in small, controlled batches to maintain formulation integrity and freshness.

  • Preorder items begin shipping approximately 22 days from the preorder announcement date, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, products may be shipped separately.

  • Preorder timelines are clearly communicated on the website at the time of purchase.
