Shipping & Delivery Terms
To ensure the seamless delivery of your Dr. Deepa Suhag (A 24 Skin Bank Company) formulations, please review our shipping protocols. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding logistics and handling.
1.⁠ ⁠Processing & Fulfillment
•⁠  ⁠Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
•⁠  ⁠Hand-Inspected Quality: Each product undergoes a final clinical inspection and is securely sealed before being dispatched from our facility.
2.⁠ ⁠Shipping Timelines
While we strive for speed, delivery times vary based on your location:
•⁠  ⁠Domestic (Standard): Typically 3–5 business days post-dispatch.
•⁠  ⁠Domestic (Express): Typically 1–2 business days post-dispatch.
•⁠  ⁠Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your registered email/mobile number as soon as the courier partner picks up the shipment.
3.⁠ ⁠Delivery Responsibilities
•⁠  ⁠Accuracy of Information: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including door number, street, and pin code). We are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit.
•⁠  ⁠Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package is returned to our facility after multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package out again.
•⁠  ⁠Signature Upon Receipt: For security and to prevent theft, we recommend that someone be available to receive the package personally.
4.⁠ ⁠Delayed or Lost Shipments
•⁠  ⁠Carrier Delays: While we partner with premium logistics providers, Dr. Deepa Suhag’s (A 24 Skin Bank Company) is not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, or unexpected carrier issues.
•⁠  ⁠Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us at contact24skinbank@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can initiate a formal trace with the courier.

Important Reminder: As per our Refund Policy, any damage occurring during transit must be reported with video and image proof within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp recorded by the courier.
