If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised in any way, we will provide a complimentary replacement of the affected item(s) at no additional cost to you.
To initiate a replacement, you must provide proof of damage within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement:

• Attachment 1: A clear photograph of the damaged product and packaging.
• Attachment 2: A brief video (5–10 seconds) showing the defect or damage.

Once your email is received with the required visual evidence within the 24-hour window, we will process your replacement immediately. No lengthy investigations or "back-and-forth" questioning—we value your time and your skin health above all else.
3. Final Sale Policy
Please note the following conditions regarding our "No Refund" stance, which aligns with premium dermatological and prestige beauty standards:
• No Returns: To ensure the safety and efficacy of our products for all clients, we cannot accept returns of skincare items once they have left our facility.
• No Refunds: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for any reason. Our commitment is to provide you with the high-quality product you ordered.
• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4. Shipping for Replacements
All approved replacements are shipped via Express Delivery to ensure you can begin or continue your regimen without significant delay. You will receive a new tracking number once the replacement has been dispatched.
Note: Any requests sent after the 24-hour delivery window or without the required video/image documentation will not be eligible for a replacement.
